INSURANCE & PAYMENTS

I am in-network with many insurance carriers. Your insurance may cover up to six visits with zero out of pocket for you. My group can check your existing coverage for you.

In addition to insurance, you can pay by cash, check, Venmo, credit card, PayPal, and Healthcare Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.

IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

I am available for breastfeeding support.

An initial consultation appointment is generally 2 hours and includes:

 

  •  comprehensive birth, breastfeeding and medical history

  •  assessment of nipples and breasts

  • discussion of current lactation concern(s)

  •  assessment of infant weight

  •  assessment of infant oral anatomy

  • evaluation of latch and milk transfer

  •  review of baby’s growth and feeding patterns

  •  referrals to other services or health care professionals 

  • personalized and detailed care plan

  • follow-up check in within 24 hours

 If contacted in advance of the birth, a prenatal consultation can be scheduled. This is a one hour visit during which we can discuss strategies to help you achieve breastfeeding success. If you have concerns or risk factors that may lead to complications (ex: prior breast surgery, or previous difficulty with breastfeeding, etc), this visit can be an invaluable part of the process
